Ocean Decks is a stunning south-facing chalet with a beautiful enclosed decked area complete with balustrade where you can take full advantage of the sun loungers, table, parasol and chairs provided, overlooking the green, just perfect for you to enjoy your al fresco dining after a day on the beach. When you stay at Sandown Bay Holiday Centre you will enjoy its envious location set in the grounds of the historic Yaverland fort with views of the coast and Downs. You will have just a few minutes walk to safe, sandy beaches the nearest of which allow dogs all year round, as well as other Sandown attractions such as beachside cafés, Sandown Zoo, Browns Golf, Dinosaur Isle, Sandham Gardens and much more.
It is a perfect haven for families and couples to relax and enjoy one of the sunniest locations in the UK, adjacent to Bembridge Down owned by the National Trust, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the coastal path with spectacular views of Culver Cliff and across Sandown Bay. There are miles of cycle routes and walkers’ pathways both on the coast and inland.

Booking Information
20% Deposit
In order for our guests to secure their booking we ask for a 20% deposit to be paid once a booking form is completed. The remaining balance for the holiday chalet is then payable 6 weeks prior to the start date of the holiday.
£20 Per Dog Per Stay
We do allow dogs to stay in the chalet. Either one large or two small well-behaved dogs for an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay.
Damage Deposit
We also ask for a security deposit of £100 which we will return to you as soon as possible after your holiday, provided there has been no significant damage to the chalet or its contents, nor deep clean needed.
3 Nights Minimum Stay
Please note that there is a minimum stay of 3 nights throughout most of the year. At peak times only Saturday to Saturday bookings can be made.
